Approach from Fern Barrow Road and enter the campus. If the security barrier is un-manned please push the call button located at the barrier and inform security that you require access to use the ‘Changing Places’ facilities. Once past the security barrier follow the road round and disabled parking is available on the left as you enter the car park. If you do not have a ‘Radar Key’, one is available for use by contacting Poole House reception on 01202 965001. An emergency use key is also situated within the wall mounted safe outside the CP toilet. This is for emergency access only in case access is required following an alarm activation.

The Changing Places toilet is located on the first floor, close to the swimming pool. The toilet is kept locked, the key can be obtained from the reception desk.

Access is via key card which can be provided at reception. This facility is free to use for residential guests and for non-residents there is a nominal £5 charge which is refundable if you spend £10 or more in the hotel ie: food and drinks in our Retreat Bar.
