The toilet is located close to the West Entrance, next to the Polo Ralph Lauren store. To access you need to contact an attendant via the intercom, they will then come and unlock the toilet for you.

A membership scheme is in operation for the Changing Places toilet at Middlesbrough bus station. Application forms and information packs are available from the Contact Centre by calling 01642 245432. Two forms of ID are required to apply for membership. Non-members or those without a fob who require access to the CPT should ask a member of the Bus Station staff who will provide access.
