UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL WE HAVE A LARGE CAR PARK AT THE REAR OF THE HOTEL WITH ADDITIONAL PARKING AT THE FRONT AND SIDE WITH LEVEL ACCESS TO ENTER THE BUILDING.

If you want to sing and dance the night away then look no further than our fully accessible cabaret show bar! With exclusive shows on every evening of the week, you’re sure to be thoroughly entertained. Our evening cabaret starts at 7.30pm running all the way to 11.00pm followed by a short disco, plenty of time to party before a good nights sleep to enjoy the thrills of Blackpool the next day.

OUR BEDROOMS ARE ON THREE FLOORS WITH LIFT ACCESS TO THE TWO UPPER FLOORS.ALL OF OUR ACCESSIBLE BEDROOMS HAVE WET FLOOR SHOWERS IN THE ENSUITE, WIDENED DOORWAYS, GRAB RAILS AND A 24-HOUR MANNED EMERGENCY CALL SYSTEM.

A wide selection of our bedrooms also feature profiling beds and hoists. We have a very wide range of mobility equipment available free of charge during your stay. Free Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel and there is ample car parking available during your stay.

Every meal is prepared freshly in our kitchen and served in our fully wheelchair-accessible restaurant. We also have a communal lounge where you can enjoy afternoon tea with your friends or order from our range of snacks and sandwiches, all of which are made to order. The bar has a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and serves snacks and sandwiches throughout the evening.

Our reception team will always meet and greet our guests as you enter and help you to relax after your journey with a complimentary tea or coffee whilst you decide what to do first! The restaurant, bar and cabaret area are located on the ground floor of the hotel and have level access with lifts going to every floor.

Part of this is catering for any specialist equipment needs you may have, all we ask is that you let us know what equipment you will need when you make your booking so we can ensure that it’s in your room ready for you to use from the moment you check in to your room. We have a large selection mobility products available for use in our spacious, fully accessible rooms. We also have a selection of rooms with ceiling hoists in place above the beds, depending on your needs. We do ask that you bring your own hoist slings for use during your holiday.
