There are super wide lifts, special assistance for guests with hearing impairments and our Hampson Suite has its own electric hoist. The ceiling track has been designed to hoist guests from the bed into a mobile shower chair which can then access all areas of the bathroom (toilet, basin and shower). Please note that there is not a ceiling track hoist in the bathroom. Guests wanting to use the ceiling track hoist are requested to bring their own hoist slings.

OUR AIM IS TO MAKE ALL GUEST STAYS AS ENJOYABLE AS POSSIBLE AS IF YOU ARE SPENDING A NIGHT AT HOME. THAT’S WHY WE CREATED OUR ‘LIBERTY’ SUITES. WE HAVE 10 ADAPTED BEDROOMS WITH A COOL DESIGN TO MAKE LIFE EASIER AND THE AMBIENCE MORE APPEALING.

Our team is on hand 24 hours a day and has been trained to support the needs of our guests who may have a special need or disability. We’re here to help if you have a physical impairment deaf, blind or suffering from a well-being or mental health issue. Assistance and dogs for the blind are most welcome. If you could be so kind as to please contact us prior your visit, so we can spoil them too.
