All four of the guest rooms are wheelchair accessible with the two on the first floor accessed via a lift. The two on the ground floor have a ceiling track hoist that runs from the bed, into the en-suite wet room which has a wheel in shower and a bath with space under for a portable hoist. All of the bedrooms have two electric hi-lo single beds and a wheeled shower/commode chair can be provided. The upstairs rooms only have the option of a wheel in shower and not a bath.

There’s a large communal dining room with a TV and radio, plus a kitchen where the meals are prepared, you’re more than welcome to use the kitchen if desired. At the rear of the property is the car park, a beautifully kept garden with an outside seating area, a barbecue and a petanque court.

Hotel Domein Polderwind has 46 spacious and modern, accessible rooms. Most rooms are located on the first floor and enjoy a beautiful view of the polders, the lake or the greenery. We have four different room types (Comfort, Comfort Care, Family Comfort & Family Comfort Care), each with all the necessary comforts. You are welcome to stay with your dog, on request, in our Comfort Care rooms. Would you also like to have a mobile shower/commode chair, an anti-bedsore mattress or another aid in the room? Ask for it when booking, and we will be happy to provide it for free in your room.

Our brasserie is open every day from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., for small and big appetites. In the afternoon, those with a sweet tooth can enjoy a lot of goodies from our tearoom menu. Breakfast is always included in the room rate and includes a very large buffet with various types of bread, sweet and savoury spreads, breakfast biscuits, homemade granola, cereals, fresh fruit salad, hot preparations, fruit juice, coffee and tea. Dinner in the evening is possible until 6:30 p.m. out of season and until 8 p.m. from Easter holidays to September.

We like to work with local, seasonal products. That’s why we have a limited menu and a delicious suggestion menu from the chef. Do you have an allergy, intolerance or do you follow a certain diet? Be sure to let us know and we will be happy to take this into account.

Our wellness area is there for your relaxation, with a spacious Finnish sauna, heated ceramic sun loungers & infrared bench with neck and back heating elements. The best thing about this story? Everything is accessible! The integrated hoist in the ceiling takes you wherever you want in the wellness area. The toilet and changing rooms are accessible and the comfort bath is also fully adapted so that everyone can fully enjoy a wonderful relaxation. There’s also a fitness centre with an exercise bike, spinning bike, elliptical trainer, treadmill, functional trainer and rower.

You will have to search extremely hard to find an obstacle for your disabled travel companions. In and around our site everything is really adapted to wheelchair users, seniors, people with physical or mental disabilities, visually impaired. A walled courtyard, clear signage with braille, lowered buttons, badge keys, under-moving tables, wheelchair accessible bathrooms, We didn’t just earn our A+ accessibility label.

The hotel has been designed with the disabled in mind. All rooms have electric high-low adjustable beds and a wet room. A small number of these rooms also have ceiling track hoists that run from the bed into the wet room.

Carefree enjoyment is central during a care holiday at Centrum. Even if you travel without a carer(s). For example, you can call in our external care partners for in-room care, borrow or rent all kinds of tools and have mixed, bled or diet food prepared if you request this in advance. Our wellness facilities for disabled people are also highly recommended. The on-site wellness centre includes a wheelchair accessible infrared sauna and a tipping comfort bath which can both be accessed with a ceiling track hoist if required.

At Centrum you can choose from various formulas. Breakfast is included in room rates as standard, but you can also opt for half board or full board or order extra meals or picnic packages on request.

Between 08:00 and 09:30 you can join the extensive breakfast buffet. Between 12:00 and 13:30 you can enjoy our freshly prepared lunch suggestion. Between 18:00 and 19:30 you can choose from our daily varied suggestions. Breakfast or dinner is also possible at adapted times in consultation. We don’t have room service, but in exceptional cases such as illness or mobility problems you can have a meal delivered to the room via reception.
