Our property is situated on a 35 acre farm offering complete quietness and tranquillity in the heart of the Welsh countryside. Holidays at Tyddyn Mon are perfect for the whole family, we’re just a 10 minute walk away from the award winning Lligwy Beach, a short drive away from the breathtaking Snowdonia mountain range and our spacious home provides enough room for the whole family, sleeping up to 15 people. 

Our property features two modern living rooms, perfect for relaxing with the family after a day at the beach. With 8 bedrooms, 6 of which are en-suite there will be plenty of sleeping spaces for the whole family. Our house features two spacious and well equipped kitchens, perfect for evening meals with the family.

The house can be booked completely which sleeps 15 or by apartment which sleeps either 7 or 8. A door can be locked to separate both floors, with separate access available for each floor. 

Although the property is designed to provide holidays for those with learning disabilities they do have a twin bedroom that’s wheelchair accessible. This comes with standard wooden single beds and an en-suite wet room with level access shower and a lowered wash basin. A portable hoist can be provided by request.

  • 2 Kitchen’s with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher & kettle
  • Utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
  • Accessible garden and patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ
  • Assistance dogs are welcome via prior acceptance
