The villa is new, very bright and generously equipped, on two floors. On the ground floor: large fully equipped open kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, etc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms including 2 with private bathrooms and a large shared bathroom. The large garden has a BBQ and a picnic table.

Accessibility features for this property include step free access, a lift between floors, beds with space underneath for a hoist (a mobile hoist is available without charge), a bathroom with level access shower and a wheelchair accessible wash basin. The kitchen also has an accessible sink and hob with space underneath for wheelchair users.

The gîte boasts top-quality amenities and can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms and private bath/shower rooms. It features a spacious living room with cinema screen and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The Spa/Wellness area provides a warm and invigorating atmosphere. Built in harmony with its surroundings, “Le Bouquet d’Arbres” offers a dreamy view of the forest and will make your stay unforgettable.

There are 4 bedrooms and the property can be booked as a whole or as separate suites. The ground floor suite is accessible for wheelchair users and has a bed you could wheel a hoist underneath (a mobile hoist is provided), an en-suite with wheel in shower and accessible sink. All three levels are served by an elevator.

The living room features a fully-equipped SMEG open-plan kitchen with large stove, pantry and separate storage area, a vast dining room and a 12-person lounge with panoramic views of the forest. The house is entirely managed by a state-of-the-art home automation system with touchscreen controls, large projection screen (VOO decoder input, Apple TV, Chromecast and HDMI) and airplay sound system, and free wifi. Outside there’s a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and private parking.
