Located in the village of St Veep is a traditional Cornish barn converted into 2 studio apartments and finished to a very high standard with all of the amenities you could wish for to make your stay as perfect as possible, they have comfortable electronic beds, quality wet rooms with fully electronic adjustable sinks and electronically adjustable kitchen work tops for easy access to cooking and dish handling.

Inside you will find solid oak flooring throughout the living, kitchen and bedroom areas and a wet room/bathroom all on the same level for ease of access and manoeuvrability. The living area has freeview tv, dvd, stereo, beanbag and a sofa bed with large wood windows looking over the front garden and beautiful peaceful Cornish countryside. The kitchen is fitted with electronic worktops that you can raise or lower at the press of a button and has cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all crockery and utensils.

These apartments have been designed and built from scratch for access and ease of use no matter how mobile the guest. Fitted with alarm pull cords throughout the apartments for peace of mind and safety.

The bedrooms have two single electric adjustable beds with tempor mattress’s for ultimate comfort, also there is an electric, ceiling track hoist, bedside table and French dresser with two windows looking over the front garden and countryside. The wet room is fitted with a fully automated sink unit which raise and lowers, taps turn on and off and plug opens and closes at the push of a button. It also is fitted out with an electric, ceiling track hoist with a level access shower and shower chair.

Atlantic Reach is a holiday resort and leisure club, close by to Newquay in an open countryside setting. Set in around 45 acres, the resort has 230 holiday homes and facilities for guests including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, cafe / bar, the Manor Arms pub and restaurant, entertainment venue and Indigo Spa.

One of the contemporary cottages is accessible. The property has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people.

The Contemporary Cottage – A four bedroom self catering holiday home that sleeps eight. Great accommodation, our most popular with a spacious open plan living and dining area which is stylish and fresh. Appliances, cooking utensils and bedding is all included. One easy access double bedroom on the ground floor. The first floor has a king size master bedroom with en-suite, further double bedroom, twin bedroom and family jacuzzi bathroom.

We have disabled friendly accommodation available with a ground floor wet room facility. No.3 has a downstairs double bedroom with a ceiling track hoist and an orthopaedic bed. Also downstairs is a wet room with wheel in shower, grab rails and a raised toilet seat, plus a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room. Upstairs you’ll find the other bedrooms and two further bathrooms. There’s level access to the garden at the rear of the property.

Situated in the beautiful village of St Keverne in Cornwall, this lovely three-bedroom bungalow sleeps four and has been adapted to include a bedroom with a ceiling hoist, profiling bed and wet room.

The bungalow is ideally situated on the Lizard Peninsula, one mile from Porthoustock Beach, two miles from Porthallow Beach and the beautiful fishing village of Coverack, and 12 miles from the town of Helston.

The main bedroom has been adapted for those with little to no mobility. It features a 4ft by 6ft electric profiling bed with sides. A light, airy room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table allowing for storage. A ceiling hoist above the bed leads to the en-suite, consisting of a wet room with height-adjustable shower, portable shower commode chair and toilet. Grab rails are situated near the toilet and shower.

An enclosed garden. The paved area is accessible to wheelchair users, with ramps leading to the patio doors. Outdoor table and chairs are available.

There’s a light, airy open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. This room features a three-seater settee and reclining armchair, coffee table and TV. Dining table with seating for four. WiFi available. A modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and electric oven and hob, as well as a toaster and microwave.

A lot of time and effort has gone into making Chestnut Cottage a fully accessible self-catering getaway for guests with accessibility needs, whilst also being a beautifully appointed and comfortable place to stay for the whole family. It sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 twin/super-king bedrooms and has an en-suite to the master bedroom and another family shower room.

Chestnut Cottage has a large accessible bedroom with twin or king-size profiling beds, a ceiling hoist leading directly into the large accessible en-suite, emergency pull-cords, TV, and bi-fold doors directly onto the private garden. Chestnut Cottage has two additional bedrooms which can be configured as twin or king-size bedrooms, and a family bathroom with large walk-in shower.

The luxury wet-room has a step-free shower, wall-mounted shower seat, hoist facilities for the shower, WC, and bath, static shower stool, a wheel-under washbasin, adult size fold-down changing table, and emergency pull-cords.

Chestnut Cottage has a beautiful open-plan design living space with bi-fold doors leading directly onto the private garden with lawns and level patio with outdoor dining furniture for six and a BBQ. The living room has comfortable sofas, a riser/recliner chair, large Smart TV, and flame-effect fireplace. The cottage has a fully equipped stylish kitchen with a section of wheel-under/lowered worksurface, and a dining table with seating for six guests.

Ellie’s Haven is an accessible holiday home founded with the sole purpose of providing holidays to families with children who have disabilities and or life limiting illnesses. The goal being to help families spend quality time together away from their normal surroundings, but with access to specialist equipment if needed. Disabled Adults are welcome to book outside of school holidays

The house has a ground-floor accessible suite with single assisted bed, sliding doors into a linked double bedroom, ceiling hoist, and en-suite bathroom with ceiling hoist, Hi-Lo bath and wheel-under washbasin. The house also has an accessible wet-room with step-free shower, wheel-under washbasin and wheeled shower chair. Ellie’s Haven has four further bedrooms on the first floor including one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two single bedrooms. Also on the first floor is a family bathroom with shower cubicle.

Ellie’s Haven has a unique curved living room with stylish sofas and armchairs, flat-screen TV with Netflix, and two sets of double doors leading onto the private gardens which has wheelchair-accessible paths, lawns, water feature, and summer house. The room has open access into the dining room with large table and free-standing seating, leading into a modern fully equipped kitchen. A utility room with laundry facilities is available on the ground floor.
