The M3 Assisted Living Residence Lodges have been built to the National Accessible Scheme’s M3A standard (Mobility level 3 assisted), are set on one level and have been inspected and approved by Visit Britain’s accessibility officer. These contemporary, state-of-the-art holiday homes with five-star luxury are designed to accommodate guests with a range of physical needs. They each have an electric adjustable bed, a start-of-the-art ‘H’ hoist system runs from the bedroom through to the accessible spacious wet room and a low-fitted hob in the kitchen. The wheelchair ramp and disabled parking area ensure our assisted living accommodation is accessible to all.

Harrods Cornish cottages have two wheelchair accessible cottages; The Coach House which has two bedrooms & The Stables, which is a one-bedroom property. Situated in the hamlet of Penhallow in Cornwall – on the coastal road between Newquay and Truro – our self-catering cottages make the perfect central base for exploring all of Cornwall.

The Coach House:
The property comprises a completely level bungalow with 2 bedrooms. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and is dog friendly. This unique 5* ‘no expense spared’ new build holiday cottage has been designed and built with the accessibility requirements of wheelchair users and less-able guests in mind. It is M3i Rated on the National Accessible Scheme, making it suitable for independent wheelchair users.
A large rustic oak porch welcomes you into cottage. As you are welcomed through the extra-wide entrance door, you enter into the large open plan living, kitchen and dining room, which facilitates inclusive and social living. It is furnished with high-quality furniture and crowned with solid oak beams and a beautiful reclaimed antique chandelier.

This fantastic bungalow is all one one floor making it ideal for customers with limited mobility or wheelchair users. The bungalow is ideal for couples. The bungalow consists of a large spacious kitchen, living and dining area compromising of tall ceilings and oak beams creating a light and airy modern bungalow with the cosy and romantic feel still intact. The bedroom has a superking-sized bed, which can also be made into twin beds if required. The bungalow also has a ‘dog friendly’ fully enclosed patio. The side patio is perfect for sitting outside and enjoying those sunny days.

Ralph Boyce House is a single story, stylish, and modern bungalow that sleeps six people in total, two with disabilities. As a purpose-built property it has been designed to make your holiday both easy and peaceful. The bungalow overlooks a beautiful valley, only a short distance from the coast.

The bungalow has a substantial vaulted family room with a sitting area, dining area, and kitchen. French windows open out on to a terrace with garden furniture, overlooking the magnificent view of the valley. The disability suite has twin profiling beds in the bedroom with French windows leading into the garden. It has an overhead hoist to the disability en-suite bathroom with a height adjustable wash basin and Clos-o-Mat toilet, hi-lo bath, and full size wheel-in shower. There are two further twin bedded rooms and a full bathroom with a separate shower for family or carers.

2 luxury 3 bedroom self-catering cottages within a traditional family farm, set in the peaceful, stunning, haven of the Tamar Valley in Cornwall. Each cottage is disabled friendly providing M3 Mobility Access where needed. The farm environs are also set-up to be disabled friendly, providing full access to all key areas.

The cottages are specifically designed for disabled visitors with ground floor bedrooms, wet-rooms, wide doors, no steps and low kitchen worktops. Level access is provided throughout the ground floor to living areas, shower areas and bedrooms with wide doors in both cottages facilitating the option of wheelchair use when required. New profiling beds that can be made up as twins or a double are standard in Hayloft. The shower areas have grab rails and a fold down seat. There are grab rails strategically positioned about the toilet area. All the ground floor rooms are spacious and easy to move around. They have an extensive range of mobility equipment available for hire, including wheelchairs, zimmer frames, mobile hoist, shower chair, bed wedges, foam back supports, etc.

Located lakeside at an accessible watersports centre amid 26 acres of grounds, these luxury holiday homes are a stone’s throw from the action.

Bradbury House is the best equipped holiday accommodation for severely disabled and limited mobility holidays as it is situated right on the water’s edge, closest to the action with all the mobility aids, space and added extras you need to make life easy for you during your stay. The rest of the holiday cottages are just up the hill, within reach of the water’s edge but tucked up slightly above the hubbub of activities around the Learning Centre.
Other properties include Clare Milne House, another high-dependency holiday accommodation featuring all manner of aids, and Lizard House which is beautifully appointed for people with limited mobility and has the extra benefit of accepting dogs.
