Our vacation home is just about 15 minutes from Disney and is adapted to be accessible for wheelchair users.

There is a stylish Master suite, an elegant Queen bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms which can be converted to fashionable king rooms and a bunk bed room. We provide a selection of upgrades to complement your vacation – a fab game room, a southeast facing private pool and hot tub, High Speed WiFi internet, 55inch Smart TV in the living room with upgraded cable, 40 inch Smart TV in Master suite and Flat screen smart TVs in all other bedrooms.

Our Private Pool is in one of the largest pool decks in highlands Reserve. There are 8 loungers and 8 chairs as well as a comfortably furnished covered lanai with out door Smart TV

As well as being adapted for wheelchair users, we also provide an array of items which may be useful to you as a wheelchair user, including a pool hoist, a mobile Hoyer type hoist and shower wheelchair.

Located in The Manor, a gated community, near Walt Disney world, these luxury holiday villas are appointed to a very high standard featuring a large private pool, spa pool, both villas are wheelchair accessible.  

Both Charm Villa and Katie’s Villa have 6 bedrooms.  Both have games rooms and WIFI internet access, free international calls  plus much more. The two villas are on ajoining plots, so both can be let individually or together.

Both villas were completed in 2005 and set on a corner lot these wheelchair accessible private vacation homes have 3,061sq ft of fully air-conditioned living space and will accommodate 12 people with ease.  The front path leading up to the house is level access.   

The home has a spacious living area, a formal dining area, a large open plan kitchen, 6 bedrooms comprising of 2 King en-suite (one of which is located upstairs), 2 Queen bedrooms 1 with en suite and 1 with adjoining bathroom, plus 2 twin bedrooms 1 with en suite bathroom and one with one half bathroom consisting of a sink and toilet.

The villas have a 28 x 15ft pool with a large deck area and screen plus plenty of comfortable chairs and recliners to relax on. At night the underwater floodlighting illuminates both pools. The deck area also has a fence to safeguard children from accessing the pool. The pool has an electric pool hoist with interchangeable chair or bed.  There are also ramps leading into the living room, the master bedroom downstairs and the pool shower room/toilet from the pool deck to the house.

Situated in a quiet and very private gated community, you will feel a world away from the hustle and bustle. Only a few minutes from Interstate 4, you have easy access to all the attractions.

With 6 generous bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there is plenty of space. The villa is fully air conditioned with cable TV and WiFi.  Discrete adaptations mean that all our guests are able to stay in comfort.

The master bedroom has plenty of space to manoeuvre a wheelchair and has a large closet to store medical supplies, equipment and clothes.  The twin electric profiling beds can be separated and side rails fitted if required. The track for the electronic ceiling hoist is positioned for use over the beds and passes straight in to the en-suite wet room. 

The living area on the ground floor is open plan with doors opening onto the pool deck. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Laundry facilities are in the garage.

The kitchen is designed with a wheelchair user in mind.  The sink area is accessible and both the cooker and the dishwasher are set at a level to allow access from a wheelchair.   The wall cupboards have switches which lower them to the guest.

The en-suite has a double sink, with space for a wheelchair user to sit comfortably.  The automatic toilet has many features to assist with personal hygiene and the hoist track is positioned to allow a transfer directly on to the toilet.  There are grab bars available on both sides of the toilet for extra stability.  The hoist track also extends into the shower area of the wet room where guests can use the pool chair or the shower trolley for showering.
