Found on the West Coast of Wales within the beautiful surrounding of Snowdonia National Park. Llechryd is an upgraded and extended farm house in Talybont. A small village north of the town of Barmouth. There are views from the front of the property across Cardigan Bay, the Llyn Peninsular and Bardsey Island.

Llechryd Farm has a large dual-aspect ground floor accessible bedroom suite with bay window overlooking the sea views. The bedroom has two Opera Classic height-adjustable profiling beds, a ceiling tracking hoist leading into the en-suite accessible bathroom, a mobile electric hoist, video monitoring system for each bed, and separate single bed. On the first floor are 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms including a master king-size bedroom, a king-size bedroom, twin bedroom with cot, and super-king size bedroom – all with TVs and Alexa.

The accessible wet-room has a step-free shower, separate hand-held shower attachment, bath accessible by ceiling hoist, bath chair, height-adjustable shower trolley, and drop-down grab-rails either side of Aqua-Clean WC.

Llechryd Farm has a stunning open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with vaulted ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows, and bi-fold doors opening onto a private patio with sea views. The living area has comfortable sofas and chairs, Sky TV/Netflix, and designer log-burner; and dining area with large dining table and free-standing seating. Guests can enjoy a luxury Neff kitchen with large island and bar stools, and utility room with laundry facilities. Llechryd Farm also has a separate apartment for 4 situated above the garages, with access to the accessible bedroom suite. This self-catering bungalow has 2 bedrooms, a lounge, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and is located in the quaint seaside town of Tywyn, close to its long sandy beach on the Cardigan Bay coast. A great choice for guests with mobility requirements, the bungalow has a range of disabled-friendly features, including a mobile hoist, wet room with shower chair and grab rails, and an electric profiling bed.

Bedroom one has one single remote control profile bed and one single bed, a wall mounted TV and a manual hoist is available. Bedroom two has two single beds and a TV with DVD player. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The bungalow has a wet room with grab rails. A standard shower chair is available for use as required and also a removable raised toilet seat. The shower room/wet room has been refurbished to improve accessibility and safety.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven/grill, fridge freezer, table top freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, combination microwave, iron and ironing board. The lounge is spacious with French doors which lead to the garden area. furniture includes dining table and chair, sofas and armchairs. There is also a TV and DVD player in the lounge.
