With a ceiling hoist in downstairs bedroom and bathroom this 5 bedroom house is fully equipped to help with disabled guests. Equally perfect for large families with two double and two single bedrooms upstairs, including one en suite. The large garden is perfect for outside dining. The village is a 5 minute walk away, with a Co-op, great Indian restaurant and a cute coffee shop.

Downstairs is a very large, fully accessible bedroom with attached ensuite bathroom with a wet room shower, bath and toilet. All are equipped with a ceiling hoist system and there is a change table. Also downstairs, is a large, accessible open kitchen/dining room/living room with seating for seven, a large screen TV, and everything needed in the kitchen. There is an additional toilet downstairs plus a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Finally there is a den, with sofa, table, chairs etc.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has a double bed, and there are two single bedrooms. There is an additional bathroom with shower and bath. The garden is well kept and large and the home is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so very quiet. There is private parking on the drive, for three vehicles, including a van with easy access to the step free front door.

Flat Spaces is located in Ropley, set in the beautiful Hampshire countryside overlooking the famous Watercress Line Steam Railway. With room for 6 people (or 8 including the sofa-bed), you can bring the entire family for a relaxing break. Plus, for larger get-togethers, there’s also holiday homes, glamping and camping alongside Flat Spaces.

The motto of Flat Spaces is ‘Access Assured’. The use of the highest quality products will ensure the disabled visitor is catered for as well, if not better, than in their own home. For instance, the Clos-o-mat toilet that washes and dries the user, a ceiling hoist that travels from bedroom one to bedroom two via the ‘wet-room’ en suite, variable height beds, a carer call system and rise and fall worktops in the kitchen. The ample space in the bungalows will enable at least 3-4 wheelchair users to navigate with ease.

Our Bench offer family and wheelchair accessible self catering accommodation in Lymington on the edge of the New Forest National Park. We have three purpose built cottages available, all with level access, ground floor accommodation, accessible wet rooms with space for lateral transfers, kitchens which have built in accessible areas and comfortable home from home furnishings. We are able to accommodate between 2 and 5 guests in individual cottages, and up to 11 as a group booking.

All cottages have electric specialist head and foot riser electric beds, ceiling hoists in master bedroom, a riser recliner chair, central heating, off road parking and free Wifi as standard. Height adjustable/ profiling / carers bed in Bench Cottage and Garden Bench and Little Bench! Adult changing table with H-Hoist available in Bench Cottage.
