Rosedale is a unique, wheelchair accessible holiday home, offering the ideal escape for families and groups, set in the beautiful Golden Valley area of Herefordshire. Sleeping up to ten people across 5 bedrooms, All rooms are on the ground floor, and step-free. 

The bungalow has a spacious and wide hallway leading to all the bedrooms and bathroom. The accessible bedroom has a single height-adjustable profiling bed with padded bed sides and turn function, second small single bed, and full-room coverage ceiling hoist leading into the wet-room. The en-suite wet-room has a step-free shower, choice of shower chairs, Clos-o-Mat WC and height-adjustable wheel-under washbasin. Rosedale also has a master king-size bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower room, two double bedrooms, and a family room with double bed and single bed over. The family bathroom has a shower over whirlpool bath.

Guests at Rosedale can enjoy a charming hot-tub garden room with full-width bi-fold doors, views of the landscaped gardens and a single-track ceiling hoist to access the hot-tub.

Rosedale has a cosy lounge, kitchen/dining room with views over the front garden and a modern fully-equipped kitchen; leading into a utility room with laundry facilities and cloakroom WC. The large rear gardens have wheelchair-accessible pathways, two decked seating areas, lawns, and large elevated patio with uninterrupted views of the Golden Valley.  To the front of the cottage is a wild garden with a wooden bridge over a small stream leading to a wildflower area and double swing seat.
