A few kilometers from Alba, a small farmhouse renovated with refined materials, sunny exposure, charm and romantic views make this location an exquisite intimate corner for those seeking light, peace and privacy. The garden is flat and enclosed by walls all around. The layout and the aids on the ground floor facilitate a pleasant stay for wheelchair users.
On the ground floor, there is the single bedroom with accessible and independent entrance from the garden, equipped with a ceiling lift and large bathroom with a flag lift, single whirlpool tub, shower, sink suitable for wheelchairs, and toilet with hand shower. The large and equipped kitchen and the living room with fireplace are also on the ground floor.
Outside you will find a flat garden with a stone table for about 8 people, protected from the summer sun by a large iron gazebo. Umbrella, armchairs and rocking chair are provided for relaxation while a B-B-Q, ping pong table & croquet game are available to use by guests.
The two main bedrooms are on the first floor, one double with a four-poster bed and independent electric bases, the second with two sommiers to be used also as an extra large double bed. This second bedroom is also equipped with a sofa bed. Next to the bedrooms you will find a full bathroom with shower and mansard ceiling. The rooms both overlook the panoramic terrace, perfect for reading or enjoying the evening breeze.
