Our 12 outstanding cottages are set on Brickhouse Farm amongst acres of stunning countryside. The Cottages vary in size, from 2 to 5 bedrooms, and were purpose built in 2013 to provide holiday accommodation for families, friends and carers in the most tranquil surroundings of Hambleton yet only a step away from the razzle dazzle of Blackpool!

Each beautiful cottage is wheelchair friendly with level access throughout the ground floor, open plan living areas, bespoke kitchens with granite worktops, solid oak furniture, sumptuous corner settees, modern 40 inch TVs and of course free Wi-Fi. There’s many disability aids available including ceiling track hoists, electric profiling beds & shower chairs. Beautiful, co-ordinated bedrooms all with contemporary mosaic en suites with level access showers..

Some of the cottages have there own private patio facing our fishing lake with modern rattan furniture.3 Cottages have there own accessible balcony over our fishing lake with modern rattan furniture while 9 Cottages with the added luxury of a private, illuminated hot tub under the stars….with hoists! Other facilities include an on site Hydrotherapy Pool with hoist and a Bistro

Award winning luxury self-catering holiday accommodation located on the outskirts of the village of Hambleton in Lancashire. Our stunning accommodation is suitable for everyone and sleep 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The modern properties offer bungalow living with a difference. Designed and built by us, it allowed us to think about our guests needs.

Each property offers detached contemporary living accommodation with floor to ceiling windows. The views across the River Wyre are simply breath taking. If you are looking for accessible holiday accommodation, both properties are wheelchair friendly with ramp access, wide doors and additional mobility equipment available upon request. Sleeping up to six guests in three bedrooms, two wet rooms and a huge decking area with outdoor dining offers guests an opportunity to sit and relax and take in the stunning location.

Both properties have a spacious twin bedroom with profiling bed and second single bed and an en-suite accessible wet-room with level access shower, folding shower door, raised WC, wheel-under washbasin with integrated grab-rails, and lever-style taps. A mobile hoist, tilt-in-space shower chair, shower/commode wheeled chair, furniture raisers, two sit-to-stand aids and toilet frame are available to guests upon request. The chalets have a second twin bedroom, a super-king master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a second spacious shower-room.

Reach Retreat Holiday Lodge is a luxury accessible lodge that sleeps 7 people & is situated on a popular 5* holiday village with level access/interior, profiling bed, mobile hoist, two wet-rooms, charging area for electric wheelchairs. The holiday village has a heated pool with accessible changing room and chair hoist for the pool.

Reach Retreat Holiday Lodge has a master king-size bedroom, double bedroom, and spacious en-suite accessible bedroom with single profiling bed and mobile hoist. All bedrooms have a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite wet-rooms both have step-free showers and folding shower wheelchair.

The lodge has a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen space with large picture window and sliding doors leading onto a private verandah with lake views. The living room has comfortable sofas including a double sofa bed, cosy electric fire, and flat-screen TV. The lodge has a stylish fully fitted kitchen and a separate utility with laundry facilities and charging area for electric wheelchairs.
