Peppers Barn offers quality disabled friendly self catering accommodation in the Leicestershire countryside near Loughborough in the East Midlands. This holiday cottage caters for the disabled guest and their family and is ideal for a relaxing holiday or respite break. The light and airy 4 bedroom self catering accommodation commands uninterrupted views over the Leicestershire countryside, providing a peaceful setting for the whole family group.

The whole of the downstairs is designed to allow free movement for wheelchairs with all rooms having double doors and no thresholds. All the furniture is on castors allowing the rooms to be organised to suit individual needs. There is a separate cloakroom for boots and coats, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. There is a separate toilet wet room with wash and basin and shaver point. There is a bedroom with 3 single beds.

One end of the holiday cottage has been designed as a disabled bedroom/room which incorporates a wet room with shower and bath with a tracked hoist which runs the length of the room enabling a guest to be hoisted safely from the bed into the bath. There is 1 electric hospital profile bed and 1 electric bed.

The first floor is accessed by an oak staircase onto a galleried balcony with seating which overlooks the lounge/kitchen area below and views of the open fields beyond. This breakout space is ideal for younger members of the family. There is a double bedroom and a second bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed. There is a shower room with shower, toilet, wash hand basin and shaver point. The mezzanine area has a double bed settee.
