London’s first fully accessible, contemporary single storey holiday home.  Enabling physically disabled people and their families the opportunity to explore our capital city. With level access and high-quality adaptations including ceiling track hoist, profiling beds and accessible bathroom.

The house has a large luxury accessible bedroom with two profiling beds, two ‘Lento’ comfy chairs, Innova ceiling track hoist into accessible en-suite wet-room, kitchenette area and medical fridge. The ‘Fine and Able’ designer accessible bathroom has a ceiling hoist leading in from the large accessible bedroom, a step-free shower, wall-mounted shower seat, height-adjustable bath for assisted bathing, bidet WC, two Rifton shower/WC chairs, height-adjustable shower trolley and wheel-under washbasin.

AbleStay London has a second accessible bedroom adjoining Bedroom One, with king-size dual adjustable profiling bed, mobile hoist, and large wall-mounted TV. ‘The Bus Depot’ is a twin bedroom with a London Bus theme and has adult-size single beds and TV. The family bathroom has a large rainfall shower and free-standing luxury bath.

You’ll find large open-plan living spaces with bi-fold doors leading onto a wheelchair-accessible terrace and all rooms have an Alexa and Anker charging pads. The living room has a leather sofa, ‘Lento’ Chair, large wall-mounted Smart TV and X-Box. There’s also a large accessible kitchen with wheel-under & lowered sink and hob, and two ovens with ‘Slide-and-Hide’ doors.

Stunning mock Georgian triple storey house located on a private gated road off the beautiful village of Dulwich 15 mins from the centre of London. The house has been fully renovated & adapted to the highest modern standards, making it fully accessible to all. There is parking space for 3 vehicles, and if required we can provide the use of a WAV if need be to make life easier!

On the ground floor is the kitchen which is perfect for family meals or having people around, seating 10 at the extendible table and another 3 at the dining edge. It has loads of useable work surface and gadgets – incl a huge double fridge / freeze, full range 5 ring hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine for perfect bean to cup macchiatos. The sitting room is minimalist and great for chilling out in front of the tv & fire, you’ll also find a secret bar and spiral in floor wine cellar. There is another large play room on the ground floor for kids to watch tv or escape and lastly a downstairs accessible WC.

At the rear is an accessible landscaped garden with ramps, a patio with garden furniture and decking leading to the hoist accessible hot tub.

On the first floor are mainly bedrooms and bathrooms, and for guests with mobility disabilities there is modern through floor lift. The master bedroom is very large and spacious and has a walk-in wardrobe and a double featured ensuite. The fully accessible double en-suite bedroom has a ceiling track hoist in both the bedroom & the en-suite, this has a wheel-in shower and hoist accessible bath. The guest room is a very good double bedroom and there’s also a large single and a very smart and spacious family bathroom on this floor. The second floor contains a very spacious loft double bedroom and neat shower room.
