This spacious cabin features two queen beds, one with an electric adjustable base and a plush Dreamotion mattress for added comfort. The open plan layout with extra wide hallway includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, an internal laundry and a generous accessible bathroom.

Come, stay and relax amongst the bellbirds. Each of our four self contained, spacious cottages has a great view of the Wagonga Inlet at Narooma on the NSW South coast. Only 5 mins drive to a choice of beaches, world class golf course, clubs, shops and restaurants.

Twenty-one acres of land is there for you to explore. Enjoy playing tennis on our tennis court or table tennis in our recreation hall.

Set on 21 acres of farmland at Narooma, NSW with views of the Wagonga Inlet are four self-catering cottages. One of the two bedroom properties (sleeps 6) has a ceiling track hoist in one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower/wet room. The property has an electronic main entrance, air conditioning and an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with induction cooker, washer/dryer and microwave.

The free to use recreation hall is just great for functions like yoga, dancing, workshops or family get-togethers. It is a lovely spot to hang out on a rainy day. The waterfront is a part of Clark Bay Marine Sanctuary and the water is quite shallow. It is possible to launch your own kayak or catamaran provided it is not low tide. Their Alpacas will eat from your hand if you offer them some Lucerne Hay or Alpaca pellets.

Hollyhall Farm Southern Highlands Accessible Accommodation is a pet-friendly house, which offers full accessibility from the moment you enter this cottage. Free-flowing open-plan living, this accommodation offers guests the use of a patient lifter hoist, an electric bed and an indoor heated swimming pool with a pool lifter hoist. This serene farm stay is set on a working Equestrian Centre surrounded by lush farmland, placid horses and miniature ponies.

Hollyhall Cottage has three bedrooms, sleeping six guests comfortably.  One with a queen bed, one with two single beds which can be joined to create a second queen. A third bedroom has a king single electric adjustable bed and a single bed adjacent to it. The third bedroom is located immediately next to the bathroom and has a barn door separating this space from the living area, enabling discreet transport by commode into the bathroom. Double glazing keeps the place warm in winter, cool in summer.

Hollyhall Farm has a heated mineral salts indoor pool (with hoist) and an accessible tennis court. Guests can book the pool for exclusive use. Access to the pool for wheelchair users who wish to use the hoist is via the main house and an automatic door fob will be provided. Non-wheelchair users can enter directly to the pool. All the horses are accustomed to wheelchairs and will be very friendly and interactive, allowing guests to take part in horse (equine) therapy if they choose (at an additional cost). There is a path from just outside Moss Vale that goes to Bowral along the river. It’s very pretty and perfect for wheelchairs, walking frames etc.
