A bedroom equipped with a studio with independent access furnished with a double bed as well as a baby bed. It has a large private shower room with shower, sink and toilet. A PMR room available on request is equipped with a medical bed, an electric mobile hoist and a large bathroom furnished with wheel-in shower, wheeled shower chair and accessible sink completes this level
A first staircase behind the kitchen leads to the master suite with premium queen size bed & offering stunning views of the garden and its pool. It has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower; A second staircase leads to a landing serving a second bedroom with two single beds, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a perfectly furnished office ideal for remote working. This fully accessible PMR, it consists of a living room with a sofa bed and open kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. A large terrace and private parking accompany this home. The part available for the guests is the wing of the house, it is completely independent and self-contained.
The accommodation has been designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility, especially those with severe disabilities. An access ramp provides access to the accommodation and the terrace. A ceiling track hoist in the main bedroom allows the user to move from the bed to the adapted bath in the en-suite bathroom. Additional amenities can be provided on request including a manual wheelchair and a shower chair.

This beautiful, lovingly restored ‘maison de maître’ is a typical French stone house set in large grounds and sleeps 12 people in 6 bedrooms. It offers extensive accessibility features for guests with complex needs, including two profile beds with side rails, bedroom hoists, an adapted bathroom, a hoist-accessible swimming pool, and level access throughout the ground floor.
The main house includes six bedrooms and five bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one double with an adjacent bathroom and toilet, and a special needs room equipped with rails, a hoist, two profile beds, and cameras. There is also an adapted bathroom with a disabled access shower and toilet.
The fully equipped, large farmhouse-style kitchen overlooks the gardens and pool, with double doors opening onto a terrace and outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco dining. The bright and airy sitting room features a connected TV and Amazon Firestick for entertainment, while the veranda, ideal for relaxing, yoga, or exercise, has glass doors leading to the terrace and garden.
