Giltar View has been recently refurbished and is one of Tenby’s traditional colourful properties. The house is a few minutes stroll to the Esplanade which has ease of access to the famous Tenby South Beach as well as the bustling shops and cafés within the walled old Town. The property is on three floors with lift access and a small courtyard garden. There is also a dedicated free car parking space very close to the house in the main Rectory car park and drop off spaces next to the house.

The accommodation is on three floors with a wheel-chair lift from the ground floor to the special bedroom and bathroom. The entrance is ramped and leads to the living room, the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge and freezer, dish-washer, microwave and food processor. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor the Special Bedroom has a profiling bed with cot sides and a 3ft single bed, the Special Bathroom is equipped with a Kingcraft rise and fall bath, an adjustable sink and showering facilities. Also available are an electric ceiling track hoist and a range of shower/toiletting chairs. Families needing to use the hoist are asked to bring their own toilet sling. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom and bathroom. There is a further double bedroom and two single bedrooms on the second floor.

Hampton Court Holiday Park is a small friendly family run holiday park set in the heart of the beautiful area of Pembrokeshire and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in West Wales. The log cabin itself is 40’ by 20’ with three bedrooms and the ability to sleep up to six adults plus one baby. The exact sleeping number will be dependant upon the number of wheelchair users and or hoisting required.

Bedroom one: Has a single, standard pine bed with overhead hoist, there is a second single pine bed which comes from underneath the single to create two singles or one double bed. Bedroom two: Has a single medi-bed which is profiling and electrically height adjustable with the option to have cot sides up or down. This bed has an overhead hoist which takes the user to either their wheelchair in the bedroom or straight through into the wet room where they may be lowered onto the electrically height adjustable shower / changing unit or lowered into the shower / commode chair. Bedroom three: One Standard pine frame double bed with monkey pole and en-suite to shower room with toilet and hand basin.
The main accessible bathroom (wet room) has a height adjustable shower / changing unit and a wheeled shower / commode chair that can be used in the level access shower or over the Clos-o-mat automatic wash / dry toilet.
The kitchen area has been kept as simple as possible with the minimum of clutter. It is served by an electrically height adjustable sink / hob unit and small work area. There is also another small fold down work area and all equipment has been placed so it is accessible from a wheelchair with low level pan stands and small wheeled trolleys to accommodate storage.
In the lounge is a leather rise and recline arm chair, a 40” plasma TV with DVD recorder and cast fire with glow effect. The dining area is part of the lounge area and includes an extendable dining table which most wheelchairs will go under. We also have a height adjustable wheelchair dining / activity table on wheels for various uses including exterior BBQ use.

Harriet’s House overlooks the famous Tenby Harbour and is within a few minutes walk of the award winning beaches and bustling Tenby High Street. The property is on one level, has wonderful sea views and a dedicated car parking space. The heritage property is furnished and equipped to a high standard to meet the needs of families with disabled children. The maximum number allowed in ‘Harriet’s House’ is SEVEN, plus a baby.

The accommodation, which is level throughout, comprises; entrance hall, large lounge/dining room the furnishings of which include a child’s adjustable armchair. The kitchen, off the lounge, is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and food processor. A washer/ dryer is also available.
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed with room for a cot supplied if required, the second has one 3ft single bed and two 3ft bunks. The third bedroom has one 3ft bed and a profiling bed, fully adjustable with cot sides.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a Kingcraft rise and fall bath, a sink which is adjustable, showering facilities, electric ceiling track hoist, shower chair and a range of toiletting aids. Families needing to use the hoist are asked to bring their own toilet sling. There is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom. A high chair is also available as are floor sitters and a Jenx table/easel.

The spacious sunny house with its warm swimming pool was purpose built for families with children with physical disability. The house ideal for large family groups is located on the Ridgeway overlooking the pretty village of Penally. The house has its own spacious grounds and memory orchard with magnificent sea views overlooking Caldey Island and the Gower. The walled town of Tenby is a mile from the house and the major Pembrokeshire family tourist attractions are a short drive away.

The ground floor accommodation includes a large kitchen/dining room with cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and food processor. One of the working units in the kitchen is adjustable for height. The utility room contains a washing machine and dryer. At this level also is the family bathroom, a wheel in shower room and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and bunkbeds, the other with two single beds.
A small indoor heated swimming pool is also available; it has a hoist for pool entry and a changing room with an adjustable changing table.
The wheelchair lift gives access to the first floor where there is a large lounge with a balcony. A television, video player and special adjustable armchair are provided. The ‘special bedroom and bathroom’ which contain an overhead hoist, Kingcraft hydraulic bath, adjustable sink, profiling bed with cot sides and carer’s bed, are next to the parents’ bedroom which has a double bed and en-suite shower room. Other equipment available includes floor sitters, a mobile hoist, shower/ toileting chairs, table/easel, spider chair and Tripp Trapp chair and high chair.
