This 10-berth houseboat has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have queen-sized beds, that zip apart to create up to 10 single beds. Designed to accommodate those with extra mobility needs, Inclusion is fully wheelchair friendly, with 3 bedrooms having double-width doorways.
Our 3 fully tiled bathrooms have all the usual mod cons, and one, is specifically designed with grab rails, flat floors and a double-width doorway accommodating wheelchair users. The kitchen is user friendly and features an island bar, soft-closing drawers, and modern appliances including a dishwasher. All small appliances are included. The dining area has a large dining table and seating for 10. The lounge area has a modern, comfortable lounge-suite, mounted television with Wi-Fi capability, and a Bluetooth music system with speaker control. We are also able to supply electric hospital-style beds, mobile hoist (BYO sling), and shower chairs/commodes, all at no extra charge.

We have one apartment that also includes a high-low electric bed, hoist and a commode chair for shower and toilet and has been independently accredited to meet the needs of an assisted wheelchair user where a person is unable to lift themselves and requires the assistance of a Carer or Support Worker.

With a hoist, commode and electric bed, it caters to all types of physical disabilities. Exclusive to Accessible Accommodation, it sleeps up to 12 guests. It is also pet friendly.
This special home-away-from-home has been designed to nurture you and the environment. Sunnynook features the latest in smart technology and home automation. Doors automatically open with a press of a button and voice commands control lighting and climate. Enjoy the fire pit outside. There is an accessible footpath to the bikeway a few doors down. Sunnynook has a good selection of books, games and DVDs, as well as Netflix and Alexa to entertain you, or just sit out on the patio and watch the world go by.
