The Affinity villa includes two fully furnished bathrooms, both with adjustable showers. The second bathroom also includes an adjustable wall-mounted seat. Both bathrooms are easily accessible from the bedrooms and living room area and similar to the rest of the villa, are designed to maximise comfort.

The Affinity villa provides two bedrooms that cater to all needs including profiling beds. Bedroom 1 has a ceiling hoist for easy movement, a TV and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has use of a mobile hoist, a TV and air conditioning.

The living area is spacious and open plan consisting of the lounge and kitchen/dining area . The living area offers two comfortable sofabeds, TV (including all the top British Freeview channels) & DVD player, reading materials and family games. We also provide a safe to allow you to store valuables.

The villa has WiFi throughout.. To make your stay as hassle-free as possible, our kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, hob & oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery.

Our relaxing outside area entails a large pool for you and your family’s enjoyment. The pool has a deep and shallow end with manually-operated pool hoists for your convenience to make sure you have the most comfortable experience. The patio alongside the pool has a selection of furniture including a table, chairs and sun loungers. Surrounding the Villa are walled gardens with beautiful and bright trees, plants and shrubs.

A wide arched door connects the dining room with the annex, which is fully equipped for disabled persons, but obviously can be used by able-bodied people as well off course. The adjustments in this room are made in this way that they form a whole with the rest of the house and thus not showing a hospital feeling. This special room has two mobile high / low beds with trapeze bar, a modified extended toilet with folding support brackets and a slightly tiltable sink with standard tap for wheelchair users. Furthermore a wheelchair accessible shower equipped with a fixed folding shower chair and a mobile shower chair. Two patio doors without thresholds allows this bedroom an access to the garden with its terraces. 

The spacious kitchen is equipped completely and fully wheelchair accessible. By means of a partially lowered kitchen worktop with standard sink and tap. A microwave oven, an extra wide induction hot plate, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge / freezer

The living room has two seating areas giving access to the garden by several doors without thresholds, in this way extending living room and garden seamlessly. The modern sturdy sitting area with four chairs is ideal for playing a game or holding a good conversation. The cosy fireplace corner with authentic soapstone woodstove, however, is a wonderful place where one may relax by a roaring fire in the chairs with electrically adjustable standing function. This makes a winter stay in this holiday residence also very pleasant. The Casa has satellite TV with DVD, wireless internet connection via WiFi, and radio / CD.

The large private pool (8x4m) gives plenty of opportunity to play, cooling off or to just pull some laps. Steps in the water ensure that you can go quietly in the pool but the pool is also equipped with a pool hoist allowing everyone from the holiday company, able-bodied or disabled, to use the pool.

Having wi-fi and English TV, the villa itself, on the first floor has sun terrace which has an eight-seater rattan table and chairs and sun awning for alfresco dining, open plan lounge, dining kitchen along with one double bedroom and a designated spacious bedroom as well as a wet room. both rooms will accommodate wheelchair users.

The designated wheelchair bedroom has been furnished with a single electric hospital bed, an electric hoist (you do need to bring your own sling) and double doors to the outside.  All bedrooms and the open plan lounge are fitted with air conditioning and silent ceiling fans. On the second floor, there is 2 spacious double bedroom, family bathroom and one balconies.

We have a 12-meter x 6-meter private pool with rolling ramp straight into the pool surrounded by high walls for your privacy. Externally the villa has been fitted with non-slip tiled ramps for ease of access.

There are two twin bedrooms and one double there is a 1 minute inflate /deflate portable bed in case 6 single people wish to travel, . There are two bathrooms one of which has a huge wheel in shower and rails where necessary. There is Sky TV, DVD hi-fi everything you would expect in your home away from home. There are 2 electrically operated beds, and ceiling track hoist and the van with wheelchair lift can be included with the villa with prior notice.

The 40ft swimming pool is accessible by platypus pool  chair via a ramp and handrails this and the gardens are all enclosed and private. The gardens are also planted with a number of tropical plants.  Please note that the pool heating charge is £70 per week.

The apartment is very spacious and has 2 twin rooms, 1 single room with pull out bed, 2 wetrooms (1 ensuite) and open plan kitchen and living room allowing easy manueverability for wheelchairs. The living room and one of the bedrooms have balconies.

The shower has a small lip which is easily manageable for a shower chair. One of the showers has a pull down shower seat. The apartment is spacious allowing for good wheelchair circulation. The apartments have level access with intercom from the pavement and have extra wide doors. The apartments have walk/wheel in showers with the appropriate grab rails. Shower commode chair and hoist are available free of charge.

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms (two en-suite) in the main villa plus a further two bedrooms in an attached apartment. The main bedroom has a single, electric profiling bed and a ceiling track hoist which runs into the en-suite wet room. Outside, the terrace provides a sun trap all year round and a gas barbecue, with an 8-metre x 4-metre accessible pool (heated on request). There are large gardens at the front and the rear garden, which includes a hot tub, leads directly onto the golf course via a buggy gate.

The holiday villa has been specially adapted for wheel chair users in various places by means of wide doors without thresholds and wheel chair pads. There is large specially adapted bathroom, shower and portable wheel chair, high-low bed. A shower stretcher and other assisting aids can be hired as well as the adapted vehicle available to transport wheel chairs. Home care can be arranged if needed.

The main entrance is located on the first floor, which you can reach under the watchful eye of Don Quixote via an imposing staircase. The entrance hall opens into the spacious drawing room which contains no less than 2 open fires, dining room, and a luxury open kitchen which comes provided with, amongst others, an American fridge and an ice machine. There is also a very spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate bath and bedroom on this level. Furthermore there are 2 covered terraces which lead to a leisure area and access to the roof terrace blessed with a sea view and much privacy.

The downstairs has its own entrance with (a widened) front door through which you enter into the hallway where the computer which has adsl connection is set up. Adjoining is the 2nd master bedroom that has an open fire and seat plus an en-suite bathroom. There is direct access to the terraces from this space – the outside kitchen is located but a few steps away. There are a further 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms, one of which is very large and adapted and suitable for wheel chair users and also serves as a washroom with washing machine and tumble drier.

The villa has sliding doors into the accessible master bedroom with double profiling bed, mobile hoist, and en-suite wet-room with step-free shower, wall-mounted shower seat, shower wheelchair, drop-down grab-rails either side of WC, hand-held bidet spray alongside WC, and wheel-under washbasin. The two additional bedrooms also have double beds and beautiful mountain views, and the family bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower, washbasin and WC. All three bedrooms and the living area have air-conditioning.

The pool has been lengthened to create a gently sloping ramp for wheelchair users to enter the pool and a platform on which guests can relax in the water. A pool wheelchair and mobile hoist are available, and the pool can be heated all year round.

Villa Zafarraya has an open-plan living/dining/kitchen with dual aspect windows/patio doors providing stunning mountain and valley views. The living room/dining area has a stylish corner sofa, cosy wood-burner, flat-screen TV, and wheelchair-accessible dining table with free standing seating. Double doors open onto the private terrace and pool. The accessible kitchen has electric rise-and-fall/wheel-under worktops, sink and induction hob, an open view through to the living room and terrace, and a rear window and door with more spectacular views of the olive grove and Zafarraya gorge.

Villa Zafarraya has a range of mobility equipment available to loan free of charge including a mobile hoist, shower wheelchair, and lightweight electronic wheelchair. Additional equipment can be hired locally with a partner company and care can be organised with an English speaking care agency familiar with the villa.

The villa has a white sun terrace with private heated pool leading to extensive private gardens with wide hard-standing pathways, spectacular mountain and valley views, and a pretty garden to the front of the villa with lavender and bougainvillea. The terrace has a white pergola and large ‘tree table’ with wheelchair-accessible outdoor dining table and BBQ, and the extensive gardens have multiple seating areas, an ‘Aperitif corner’, a relaxing ‘Silent corner’ with views of the olive grove, shaded areas, and wheelchair-accessible outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
