This 2 bedroom condo is located inside the gates of Las Vegas Country Club and sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a ceiling track hoist. The bathroom has a wheel in shower with a wheeled shower chair and accessible sink.

A wheelchair accessible minivan with hand controls is available to rent for $50 a day and there’s a parking space behind the property. There’s ramped access to the condo’s front door and out to the communal swimming pool area.

Both villas were completed in 2005 and set on a corner lot these wheelchair accessible private vacation homes have 3,061sq ft of fully air-conditioned living space and will accommodate 12 people with ease.  The front path leading up to the house is level access.   

The home has a spacious living area, a formal dining area, a large open plan kitchen, 6 bedrooms comprising of 2 King en-suite (one of which is located upstairs), 2 Queen bedrooms 1 with en suite and 1 with adjoining bathroom, plus 2 twin bedrooms 1 with en suite bathroom and one with one half bathroom consisting of a sink and toilet

The villas have a 28 x 15ft pool with a large deck area and screen plus plenty of comfortable chairs and recliners to relax on. At night the underwater floodlighting illuminates both pools. The deck area also has a fence to safeguard children from accessing the pool. The pool has an electric pool hoist with interchangeable chair or bed.  There are also ramps leading into the living room, the master bedroom downstairs and the pool shower room/toilet from the pool deck to the house.

The master bedroom has plenty of space to manoeuvre a wheelchair and has a large closet to store medical supplies, equipment and clothes.  The twin electric profiling beds can be separated and side rails fitted if required. The track for the electronic ceiling hoist is positioned for use over the beds and passes straight in to the en-suite wet room. 

The living area on the ground floor is open plan with doors opening onto the pool deck. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Laundry facilities are in the garage.

The kitchen is designed with a wheelchair user in mind.  The sink area is accessible and both the cooker and the dishwasher are set at a level to allow access from a wheelchair.   The wall cupboards have switches which lower them to the guest. 

The en-suite has a double sink, with space for a wheelchair user to sit comfortably.  The automatic toilet has many features to assist with personal hygiene and the hoist track is positioned to allow a transfer directly on to the toilet.  There are grab bars available on both sides of the toilet for extra stability.  The hoist track also extends into the shower area of the wet room where guests can use the pool chair or the shower trolley for showering.

The one bedroom suites will accommodate 1-3 people with two single beds, are accessible with ceiling lift systems in bedrooms and washrooms, have a separate living room, pull out couch, kitchenette, and large bathroom with walk-in shower or tub-shower combination. The two bedroom suites will accommodate 2-6 people, have double beds, a separate living room, pull out couch, kitchen with stove and full-sized fridge, and private bathroom.
